When I met with them and it came up and we talked about it they ultimately admitted it was not something they would ever do and they wouldn't even know where to get the paper to do it. The trick with banner printing is to create your document in Word, Publisher, Illustrator or whatever software you use with the document format set to the size you would like to print the finished banner and then save your file as a PDF. You then print the PDF file NOT the native format file. Make surethe bypass tray on your machine is set to Driver Command or whatever Muratec calls it. In the print driver just select your bypass tray and odds are it will just work with no further intervention

Toshiba came and did a demo and showed her how to print banners. The first thing I asked was if that was important and she said "not before I knew it could do it." Now she's printing banners for the apartment complex for different events and holidays.

I agree Rick Taylor has done a superb job at KM but I think he does win it every year. Rightfully so in my opinion, but I also believe Cannata uses the same dealers every year. Since I met them a couple years ago and we use 4 or 5 partners on the lists now we have been included in the voting for the last 2 years.
