Hey Art, I can assist you on this answer. First Konica Minolta drivers do not work well with Publisher. I have some documentation on this issue that I will have to find scan and send to you. What version of Publisher? This is an issue with Publisher 2000 and 2003....it since has been corrected in 2007. I have successfully helped end users with this same situation.
