Are there any who are doing there own "true" in house leasing. Several in my market claim they do with the typical private label docs and then a letter is sent to the customer saying it has been sold to "X" leasing company after the sale. We do the same except we don't claim to do our own leasing because I don't think 90% of clients really care unless they have had a bad experience with a particular leasing company...Not really a problem but I know of a few larger dealers that from what I understand make more money off their leasing business than the hardware/software business.
I have wanted to cherry pick some of our A++ clients and have our own leasing but I am curious if anyone who does it has some feedback, pro's/con's etc. that they can share.
