I visited a client today.  He is an architect and is 84 years old.  Last year we placed a Ricoh MP C2504SP.  Client was having some issues with Air Print cutting off the image, we then went to Ricoh print & scan app to correct the issue.

Another issue was printing full page booklets from the MAC.  We had it printing correctly on many occasions, and even set up some pre-sets for our client.  That's why I was back there today, he has some issue with remembering what to click. In addition when the booklet does not come out, he can get quite angry

About two weeks ago I had installed the Ricoh True Adobe PS SD card, hoping that would make a difference with the Air Print not printing the entire image.  In additional to helping the client with the booklet mode, I was there to remove the Adobe PS III SD card.  That was the first thing I did, since the SD card had to be returned. Did not want to forget about that and get charged back. I hate that phrase "charged back".

Anyway, I set up the MAC to print the booklets and nothing printed. No dat was going to the printer. I used my iPhone and then printed a document to our Ricoh.  SOB printed fine. I was like what the frak!  I turned the copier on and off a few times, reprinted a few times and nothing!  Good golly I created another issue by taking the Adobe PS SD card out?

I re-installed the Adobe PS SD card and within a few minutes all of the documents were printing. I later discover that I did not change the print drive setting on the MAC.  I left it on 2504SP PSIII driver and I should have changed it back to the basic MP C2504SP driver.

Just wanted to post this in case someone runs across the same issue
