Funny you just mentioned Square9, I just got off the phone with a P4P member that was not happy with Square9.  They brought Square9 into the deal, the deal then cooled off from the client end.  Square9 continued following up with the client to the extent that the client called our P4P member and asked that he call Square9 to back them off a bit.

 

Our P4P member called and asked them to back off, they would not since they now considered the client "their" customer. Just an FYI on this.
