THE PRINT AND COPY VENDING (PCV) ADVANTAGE
What are you currently doing to recapture your costs for offering copy services?
What are you currently doing to recapture your costs for offering print services?
How would you like to be positioned moving forward?

Standard server-based print accounting solutions such as Pharos and Equitrac offer "indirect" print accounting products for campus environments (separate solutions for print and copy). Additional server software, print release hardware, gateway software to the CC system, hardware maintenance and software maintenance are all required. (Copy accounting is not addressed.)

Ricoh's Print and Copy Vending solution leverages an existing investment in copy controllers (such as coin boxes, stored value readers or on-line card systems) and advanced features of our MFPs to provide "Direct" print and copy accounting. Customized firmware is provided, a customized driver is provided, and there is a campus card or stored value reader. (Copy release is included.)
