Any1 can help me with scan to email problem. I have set up the scan to email for MPC 2500. Everything works fine, i can scan my document to my email or others email internally, but when i try to scan to others email is not working.

eg : my smtp server - smtp.rcorp.com
I only can send email to ppl within @rcorp.com, but can't send out to those maybe @panasonic.com or yahoo or hotmail.

I would verify the email settings before you attempted anything else. If your email server is internal (not a 3rd party or through your ISP), then you may need to check your authentication settings. Does it require authentication before sending out (AUTH before SMTP)? Does it require POP authorization before SMTP? Email servers can vary in configuration so I would check all the settings first. I am 99% sure that it is not the machine but your email settings.

i have add in the smtp auth. it working for our local internet provider smtp.

i tested also in MS-exchange by changing the relay setting, seems not working as well ? is it need to activate POP3 for ms-exchange ?
