Yes, we've used Teamviewer, it used to be free...but now I have exceeded use and I have to decide if it is worth the money.  I'm also looking at GoToAssist Remote Support and LogMeIn Rescue.  I just don't want to reinvent the wheel if someone else has done some of the leg work.

I know this is an old post, but I think it's still relevant.

We use screenconnect and have for about 3 years. We run it on a very low power VPS that cost less than $150/yr.

We initially signed up because it was low cost and it was fairly easy to rebrand. Since they were bought out Connectwise their prices have tripled or quadrupled.
Luckily we are grandfathered in at the lower price.

If I were doing it again today, I'd probably choose Teamviewer too.
