Hey good morning,

Any one install Ricoh PCS Director on a Ricoh MFP for a law firm? Curious to know what users thought of it. Does it capture scanning as well?

Also, while it looks like it can generate reports in a variety of formats can it integrate directly with most popular billing systems for client and matter data?

How would you compare it to say an full version equitrac professional?

Thanks.

I don't have a lot of experience with Equitrac, so I can't speak to how it compares to PCS  Director, but I do have several PCS Director installs in law firms,  & it works extremely well. It does integrate with various practice management systems & allows for billing of all machine functions, as long a you install the embedded software in the MFP or purchase the external copy kiosk for old school firms that refuse to move away from that setup.
