I was heading towards office this AM when I received a phone call.  That call was from a client that stated, "this is Barbara, you were suppose to be here at 9:15AM?, are you still coming, we're waiting for you".  Oh crap I thought, I forgot to put that in my appointment schedule. I replied with, "I apologize, I got hung up I'll be there soon".  Thus, I turned around and headed for the clients office.

The appointment was for training with A3 Ricoh color device.  I arrived about 40 minutes after the call and started by asking the client what they needed help with.  First was a scan setting, the other was showing then how the staples load and the third was the address book.

With the address book, i did the first setting and then let the client do the rest with my guidance, after two or three she got the hang of it. When I was done, I chatted with the principal for twenty minutes or so, and on the way out checked back in with Barbara.  She was so elated that she had mastered the address book that she gave me a BIG hug before I left.

You know what?  That BIG hug made my day!
