So we will be doing our product launch with the reps this week. Has anyone done much with these new b/w systems yet? I like what I see but the only thing they aren't different on is the color.  I hope there is some real value add items on them from the factory.

Jason, these are great machines! We have a few in the field already.

- Universal Login Manager is now standard and syncs with multiple devices you have on the same network. i.e. You don't need to set up Department ID on multiple machines. This is great for customizing personal login screens, Quick Menu buttons, etc.

- Smaller, quieter finisher.

- Staple Finisher and Booklet Finisher now have staple-free finishing and staple-on-demand (like the C3300 series).

- Booklet Finisher output sensor has now been disabled so that there is no more output limit.

- Scan to Word is now standard on top of Searchable PDF and PowerPoint.

- PCL and PostScript are now standard

- Document Feeder now has a locking handle to open it

- Document Feeder sounds an alert if a document is left on the glass (can be disabled)

- Zoom in, zoom out, and swipe through the address book using your fingers on the touch screen in a tablet-like fashion

- New print feature (can't remember the name) that allows you to send jobs to a print queue associated with your Universal Login Manager profile. Walk up to the device, login, and securely release the print jobs in your queue. It's like having AA-Print as a standard feature, but without the follow-me printing feature.

Definitely a great upgrade for customers with existing 6000's or 6200's.
