MY PC crashed any ideas???

I had to get a new PC over the weekend, my other one was a little over a year old and windows wouldn't load. Did the entire recover process and the same thing. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm thinking windows 8 is corrupt however don't have disk. Any ideas?
