Has anyone in this group ever attended the Canon Technet? How does one train an SE now a days? It seems to me it takes about 5 years to take a Copier Guy and turn him into a real genuine valuable Systems Engineer. Back when Canon ran Technets every year (Twice a year in two locations), you could do it in a couple of years.
