We have a customer who is interested in having us aggregate data for them so that they can determine if they might want to institute managed print or if they want to implement centralized printing. We haven't done much of this in the past and I have an old FMAudit key that doesn't even look like it is still compatible with current OSs. I'm interested in: What are others using? What success are you having and what obstacles should I be aware of?

We use print audit. We installed the key about 11 months ago for a review. We were not able to sell the MPS agreement (it's a long story), however the key is still reporting. I pulled up the report the other day and was amazed by the page counts. Which led to another conversation with the customer. Thus we are back in again.
