Fax forward to email using a Fax 4430NF

A major account of mine bought two Fax 4430NF's thinking they would be able to have faxes forward to email like their MFP's do. Fortunately, they got the faxes from their computer supplier so I am not on the hook but I would like to help them if I can. Since most have not looked at a stand-alone fax brochure for years let me review...The 4430NF has network print, LAN fax, and color scan including scan to email but does not forward incoming faxes.

Any ideas?
