The Navarro County Commissioner’s held a special meeting Monday, Feb. 27 at the Navarro County Annex Building, 601 N. 13th St.

Commissioners and Judge H.M. Davenport addressed several items on the agenda, which included a protest from Anissa Kucera from CTWP.

“CTWP has tried for four years to get an opportunity to fairly quote on your copier bids for the county,” Kucera said. “We are the only tax- paying copier company in this county, we have an office over on Fifth Ave., and have for four years.”

Kucera appealed to the fiscal sense of the budget, guaranteeing CTWP could save the county money on their copier business, and asked they table the item on the agenda regarding copier contracts. read the rest here
