Canon reveals new imageRunner range

Canon Australia today unveiled its latest raft of imageRunner solutions, launching four new A3 four-colour digital in its new Advance series.

Canon's imageRunner Advance series is targeted towards light production professional print service providers and in-house print facilities.

The imageRunner C5500i Advance models are equipped with a responsive colour touchscreens that offer personalisation capabilities and optional uniFlow software.

The Advance fleet also carries a paper capacity of 6,350, alongside digital space of 150 original files per document feeder.

Gavin Gomes, newly appointed director of Canon Business Services says the next generation models follows the blueprint of the company’s award winning imageRunner advance platform.

“These multifunctional devices will boost efficiency and help deliver on digital transformation strategies of Australia businesses,” says Gomes.

“Combined with Canon’s Managed Document Services this proactive management and continual optimisation of print infrastructure and related business process saves money and increases productivity and profitability.”

The C5500i series is slated for release on Aussie shores from August 1.
