Canon Backorders

Anyone else having issues ordering Canon machines. Seems like the Black and White's are the trouble. We have had 400if's on backorder for a couple weeks now. Just curious what everyone else is seeing.

 

They want me to order more to hit our quarterly numbers yet they can't ship what we have already ordered and therefore will not place those towards our quota.

It had been happening to Ricoh as well. Mainly due to the labor disputes at the Port in Los Angeles. It is now resolved but boats were sitting off shore unable to unload for 30-45 days becuase the labor group was not working 24 hours a day like normal. They went on what was like a strike and only worked 8 hour days.

 

I am still having issues getting some Canon machines and toner.
