LONG BEACH, Calif., Aug. 9, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Epson America, Inc. today announced that Beiler Printing, a Pennsylvania-based family-owned commercial printing company, has purchased and installed the Epson® SurePress® L-4033AW to provide a variety of short-run custom label options for local customers primarily in the agricultural and commercial foods industries. Beiler Printing purchased the inkjet digital label press to expand its short-run offerings, helping them to produce high-quality labels, increase profitability, and decrease production time.

"The Epson SurePress has really allowed us to step-up our game and meet our customers' needs," said Bryon Beiler, owner, Beiler Printing. "The color gamut on the SurePress is just incredible – its ability to spot match colors accurately in a quick turnaround time has allowed us to print consistent repeat jobs without having to touch additional buttons to calibrate the colors."

Designed for prime label converters and commercial printers, the Epson SurePress L-4033AW is an easy-to-operate, seven-color inkjet digital label press with White ink that makes high-quality, short-run label printing easier and more efficient, even on clear and metallic substrates. Delivering exceptional print quality and accurate color reproduction, as well as innovative printing features, the L-4033AW is a cost-effective and reliable solution that allows printers to expand their service offerings and improve profitability.

"We've worked with numerous machines and have outgrown them in a short amount of time, which is why we decided to upgrade," said Beiler. "Purchasing the SurePress has been a wonderful investment for us. We've definitely been able to increase workflow efficiency by running it overnight, which requires little to no labor."

Driving the SurePress L-4033AW is the included Wasatch RIP and Print Management Software. The Wasatch SoftRIP is a sophisticated RIP solution designed to save time and money by including superior color management options, efficient layout features, powerful workflow tools, variable data printing, and contour cutting, all while producing excellent quality color. "We have worked with the Wasatch RIP on other machines before, and it's definitely no surprise that the software works great with the SurePress," said Beiler. "The biggest feature for us is the spot color replace, which speeds up production significantly. We are really happy with this software."

"Epson is proud to help family-owned businesses such as Beiler Printing deliver high-quality, durable labels to their customers," said Victor Gomez, Eastern US and Canada region sales manager, Epson America. "The SurePress is designed to be consistent, accurate and easy-to-use, and we're happy to see it deliver on those promises to our customers."
