I just returned from training on NSi Autostore and we want to begin selling this solution.  The hard part is that they really want this to run on a server OS and not a domain controller.  So, this requires the client to purchase additional hardware or add virtual machines to their current hardware.  Our demographic is relatively small, so we could possibly get away with a client OS if we have sufficient CPU and RAM.  Just wondering what others are doing.  We do not have an IT division and some of our competitors do so we are on the fence about selling this as a turn key solution or having the customer find their own hardware.  Any suggestions?

We want to offer NSi Autostore because it adds a lot of sizzle and capabilities to the MFP.  It can take mundane, routine, error-prone tasks and automate them providing not only a real ROI, but something that makes the customer's life a lot easier.  It could solidify an account much better than a few mils off of their copy cost and allow us to maintain margins.  I don't want to go into a sales pitch on the product and at this time I don't have an identified prospect/need but I know they'r out there.  Let me know if you want more information and I can go into more detail.  I recently completed a 3 day training and became a certified administrator.  Docpro...I might be interested at some point but right now I can only saddle so many horses at once.

Since you have completed the 3 day training. I can talk specific functionality.  The software I would show you and that you can download has the following functions: ODBC connectivity (allows the software to talk to users ERP data), expanded 2D/3D bar code, Zone or full page OCR (superb OCR quality), OMR, Forms Recognition, etc.  When you have a prospect, get real world sample documents from them.  Send the documents via email to me and briefly describe what they want to do.  I will setup a custom demo and show it to you.  If you like the demo I can zip it to you and you can demo to the user or we can do it together.  As your own branded software the costs start at 200.00 for unlimited users. You establish the sell price. No annual fees.  Software is guaranteed-references available.   rkochis65@gmail.com

We have NSI available and yes I too want to do more with NSI, it is the way to go to get people in the market for something when they think there is not a need.  We all know thats where the GP is.  To date, I've never sold NSI of anything came close a few times but nada, doesn't mean I'm going to stop.
