On a recent install of a Savin 9050 with fax option, the customer is not able to receive incoming automated telephone orders from Verizon via the fax option. Ricoh says this is an issue they are working on but have not come up with any solutions yet. The system they had before was the Savin 4035e, and the automated faxes came through fine. Any suggestions other than what Ricoh is telling us?

I hadn't gotten around to posting a response, but yes, they are familiar. The issue I have is when this customer receives an automated fax from Verizon, the Savin 9050 will print the first page only, and delete the other pages. The other machine they had was a Savin 4045 (Aficio 3035) and the fax receives fine. In fact they still have that machine to receive faxes from this one number.

Ricoh tech support was contacted for this issue numerous times. Their only response is that they are aware this series has an issue with automated faxes, but they have no solution on how to fix it.
