Try this firstSolution : Access the Tools Menu (System Administrator)Press the [Access] (key symbol) button on the Control Panel to enter the Tools Mode. The Authentication Login screen will be displayed.


Select the [Login] button on the Touch Screen.

Enter your username ( admin )using the keyboard on the Touch Screen, and then select [Enter].

Enter your password ( 1111 ) using the numeric keypad on the Control Panel, and then select [Enter].

The Pathway Options screen will be displayed.

Solution : Clear the Message and Reset the % Toner Remaining ValueIf a new Toner Cartridge is installed while the 'Toner Cartridge is nearly empty' message is displayed, the message will not be cleared when the new cartridge is installed. The machine expects a new cartridge to be installed only when the 'Replace the Toner Cartridge' message is displayed.The following procedure will clear the message and reset the % Toner Remaining value.Access the Tools menu on the Touch Screen. See the Related Items below for additional information. Select the [More] button. Select the [Consumables Management] button. Select the [Toner Cartridge Reorder Notification] button. Select the [Confirm New Toner Cartridge Installed] button. Select the [Save] button. Select the [Exit Tools] button. If this doesn't work there may be a problem with toner dispense unit this will require a service technician. Another problem may be the type of toner and the way the machine was purchased.

There are 2 types of accounting on the machines metered and sold if the machine is set up as sold metered toner such as the type we use will not work they would need to purchase sold type toner.

This can be reset but we need more information before we can legally make this happen.
