Sales Commission Comp Package

Are you on a revenue or GP Plan. GP Means Gross Profit on each deal and then you are paid a percentage of the profit. Revenue means you are paid on the entire revenue of the deal.

Ok, now put down your commission % for gross profit, if you are on a revenue plan just enter "0%"

Allright this is for revenue, meaning if the net sales was 10K you make "x" percent. If you answered for Gross Profit, you'll have to enter a "0%" here. With revenue plans there are usually gates that determines the % you will make, please enter your average.

Next to Last One, enter your salary. No one can who you are not even me. We'll have this for Gross Profit, if you are revenue enter "0"
