Thanks Art, that's helpful - heard similar feedback for Ricoh from others. On Canon, some saying it's actually been opposite, that it has actually helped secure business (and that Canon also dropped the price for 2017). Anyone selling Canon and agree/disagree ^ ?

I've had success with AA-Print. Very good solution for SMB's with multiple copiers. Definitely locks out the competition on price because it is a server-less solution.

Thank for the feedback guys. Hearing similar info outside of this forum: Canon AA Print has been great for those selling it, has even helped one secure business...and that Ricoh solution works, but may not be seeing same level of success...

The Power of Pull Marketing

Art Post ·
Note from Art: I'd like to introduce Nathan Dube to every one. I contacted Nathan a few weeks ago and asked him if he could write a few blogs in reference to "pull marketing" and the power of adding video to your web site and You Tube. In the near future I'll also be introducing video here and on You...

Relationships, Change in a Pull-Economy

Art Post ·
That is my explanation of the Push-Economy becoming the Pull-Economy.” RJS How will customer relationships change? Here’s my thinking. In the product pushing sales environment of the past, the customer was sought after, courted and the seller of the product based their customer acceptance on the relationship they created with the buyer. In a Pull-Economy the buyer becomes the hunter the buyer forms relationships based on their experience in acquiring what they desire. A Pull-Economy removes...

I watched both videos. I guess it depends on the audience target. I didn't get either one. I've watched a couple of Marvel movies, but I didn't connect with either of these. Walked away bemused!

JEFFR: I am sorry you did not understand the videos but I do very much appreciate you taking the time to watch. The fact is, HP understood the value in these videos and co-branded and paid for the production of the space video. AND... it resulted in new business/clients. Feel free to reach out to President Michael Carpentier at Expert Laser Services for details.
