DeepTech Announces Acquisition Of Something Digital's Managed Services

NEW YORK, March 1, 2016

DeepTech, a full-service technology consulting and support company, announces its acquisition of Something Digital's Managed Services division. With this acquisition, DeepTech has expanded it methodologies and services they offer to include the same level of support for Windows as they have always provided to their Apple customers.

Founded in 2000 by Craig Waldman and Ann Cloyd, DeepTech was created to deliver high quality, enterprise level services to small and medium business. By becoming part of their clients' team, DeepTech is able to support and manage their clients IT operations while offering a full scope of services that includes planning, management, day-to-day support, preventative maintenance, relocation & build-out planning and more.

"We've been able to increase our product offering and extend our full support to Windows environments," says DeepTech CEO, Craig Waldman. "DeepTech is at the forefront of technology solutions and provides reliable and attainable management services, giving our clients the support they need, when they need it."

Through the acquisition, DeepTech has doubled expected revenues and added additional engineers and additional management, while introducing new products and services to current and future clientele.

"By combining multiple disciplines, DeepTech is able to support both platforms and mixed environments, with a level of expertise not available from their competitors," says Michael Savino, Something Digital.

With a custom designed management system, developed by CEO Craig Waldman, DeepTech is capable of a higher level of efficiency, which results in better performance, and a higher quality of service than would be available otherwise.

"DeepTech offers a variety of options, allowing the client to get the support they need and not be forced into a model that is not right for them," says Ann Cloyd, COO.

Headquartered in New York City, DeepTech services a multitude of clients locally and across the United States including Kepler Group, Paula Cooper Gallery in New York City, Care for the Homeless non-for-profit organization and Goodman Media International all while following the company belief of "Do it Right"
